Veggie-Durum Pasta



Carrot, julienned

Courgettes, peeled and julienned

Onions, chopped/minced (optional)

Garlic, minced (optional)

Ginger, minced (optional)

Pasta Sauce


Sea Salt (optional)

Black Pepper (optional)


  • Place the all the ingredients in a saucepan using as much sauce as would have been used for the chosen quantity of pasta when cooked) followed by enough water to just cover the pasta.
  • Stir and leave to cook for approximately 10mins or until all the liquid is absorbed, stirring every few minutes to prevent sticking.
  • Serve
